On June 10, 2025, Santa Clara residents gathered at the City Offices banquet room for a meaningful evening of community engagement. The Resident Open House offered a hands-on opportunity for attendees to explore and shape the future of their city through the General Plan process.

Interactive stations throughout the room featured planning exhibits that illustrated key elements of Santa Clara’s growth and development. Topics included current land use patterns, potential future annexation areas, transportation corridors, and parks and trails. Residents were encouraged to ask questions, share their insights, and provide feedback directly to City staff and planning consultants.

This collaborative event was a vital step in ensuring the General Plan reflects the values and priorities of the Santa Clara community.
