Over the past ten months, community members, stakeholders, and city staff have worked together to update the City’s General Plan. After valuable input and discussion, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 23, 2025, and voted unanimously to recommend the updated plan to the City Council.

The City Council will hold its public hearing to consider adoption of the plan at their November 12, 2025 meeting. Residents are invited to attend and share their thoughts as the City takes the next step toward adoption.
