General Plan has been Adopted

Santa Clara City adopted the 2025 General Plan at the City Council meeting on November 12, 2025, culminating a year-long planning effort. This update followed extensive public engagement, including surveys, workshops, open houses, forums, comment periods, and public hearings that invited residents to help shape the community’s long-term vision and priorities.
